Oh hey, this comic still exists!
The unfortunate part of this comic technically being a "side project" is that if I'm behind on Eggie, I get little done on Grandpa. This strip's been scripted and sketched for months but I was struggling to get other things done, so it was on the backburner. My productivity's on an upswing recently so I'm trying to channel that into more updates.
So, if I can keep this momentum going, hopefully it'll mean more updates more regularly.

I approve of teaching the kid eldtritch forbidden knowledge and powerful spells, but maybe grandpa should start with teaching her the skills to get OUT OF trouble, before the skills to get INTO trouble?
I guess depending on the magic system it could be hard, though, like if a spell to extinguish fire can also extinguish life (because life is basically slow complicated fire).
